How It Works: Your Path to Color Confidence

Getting your personalized color analysis is simple and is fully done from home. Here's how it works:

Step 1: Fill Out the Form

Start by filling out a short intake form. This helps me understand your natural coloring, style preferences, and ensures your analysis is fully personalized.

It only takes a few minutes and sets the foundation for your results.

Step 2: Take Your Photos

Your photos are the most important part of your analysis. Don’t worry - this is simple and does not require professional equipment.

You’ll take one clear, front-facing photo in natural daylight. Once you book, you’ll receive easy instructions to guide you through the process step by step.

  • Required Photo: One straight-on face photo in natural light

  • Optional Helpful Photos:
    • Close-up of eyes
    • Hair reference photo (especially if your hair is colored)

Step 3: Submit Your Photos

Once your intake form and photos are ready, email them to: katevonkmk@gmail.com

You’ll receive confirmation when your analysis begins. Virtual color analyses are completed thoughtfully and personally reviewed over multiple sessions to ensure the most accurate results possible.

Because of the detailed nature of the process, current turnaround time is approximately 14 business days after all photos and information are submitted.

A limited number of spots are available each week.

Step 4: (If Needed) Refinement Step

In some cases, a brief refinement step may be included to ensure the most accurate result possible.

If needed, I will send two carefully selected lipstick samples with simple instructions.

This helps fine-tune your final analysis by confirming how your natural coloring responds to different tones.

This step is not required for every client and is only used when it adds clarity.
